During a mission, every deliverable, hour of presence or communication flow that is agreed upon in the collaboration contract will be delivered. During the course of the mission, if you request extra services or hours outside of the original contract, we will be glad to provide them after a separate agreement has been signed by both parties, stating the steps, timing and cost of the new scope. The way we work with you is as follows: after the initial contact and depending on your expectations, we set up a one hour discovery meeting that allows us to better understand your needs. 5 business days later, you receive a proposal adapted to your specific details that states the steps, timing and cost of the mission. Once you agree to the proposal, we settle on the detailed agenda for the mission, and the service can begin. Every deliverable, hour of presence or communication flow that is agreed upon will be delivered. Extra elements, services or hours that you request outside of the original contract will be provided after a separate agreement has been signed by both parties. A wrap-up meeting will be held to close the mission with the relevant stakeholders.
