Disruptive Agent is an innovation strategy consultancy specialized in business design, created by Isabelle Mallet in 2015. We help clients find new avenues of growth with tailored innovation strategies, acquire and retain talents by improving the company’s culture of innovation, and transform ideas into innovative products or services that go to market successfully.

Isabelle has more than 20 years of experience in innovation methodologies, marketing and management in highly innovative and international environments at Ubisoft, L’Oréal, and startups in North America and Europe.

She pioneered the implementation of user-centered design methods, participative innovation and lean startup philosophy at Ubisoft, is experienced in leading innovation & design workshops for creative and support teams, in brand & product development, and in consumer research.

She founded Disruptive Agent where she is a consultant for scale-ups and SMEs on sustainable growth strategy: Business Model Innovation, Lean Startup workflow, corporate culture of innovation, executive coaching.

She involves her network of international third-party experts in the delivery of large-scale missions.
